Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026

1. Overview

This website is operated by Remote Blossom Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "you" and "your" refer to you, the user or customer. By visiting our site, purchasing a product, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access the website or use any of our services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your state or province of residence, to purchase from this store. You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction in the course of using our services.

3. Products and Services

Remote Blossom Co. offers digital products (including Trello boards, templates, checklists, and guides) and professional services (including virtual assistant support, administrative and operational setup, content and social media support, and custom done-for-you project work).

Digital products are delivered electronically. You are responsible for having the necessary accounts, software, or platform access required to use a product — for example, a free Trello account for a Trello board template, or a Canva account for a Canva template. Required accounts and software are listed in each product description.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product or service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product or service.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase for digital products. Service work requires a deposit or advance payment as set out in your individual proposal or service agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders that appear fraudulent.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and payment information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Purchases are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, service deposits are non-refundable, and retainers require 14 days written notice to cancel. Please review the full Refund Policy for complete details and the limited exceptions that apply.

6. Service Terms

When you book a service with us, the following applies in addition to any individual service agreement:

  • Scope. The scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and number of revision rounds are defined in your proposal or service agreement. Work outside that agreed scope may require an additional quote.
  • Client responsibilities. You agree to provide the access, materials, brand assets, credentials, and information reasonably necessary for us to complete the work, and to respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in providing these may extend the project timeline.
  • Communication. Business hours and response times are stated in your service agreement. We aim to respond to all client communication within 1–2 business days.
  • Credentials and access. Any account credentials you share with us are treated as confidential and used solely to perform the agreed work. We recommend using a password manager or delegated access wherever possible. You are responsible for revoking access at the end of the engagement.
  • Independent contractor. We provide services as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

7. Intellectual Property and License

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, templates, digital products, and course or training materials — is the property of Remote Blossom Co. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal or internal business use. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the product or any part of it;
  • Claim the product or its contents as your own original work;
  • Reproduce the product for use by clients or third parties unless a commercial or extended license has been purchased;
  • Alter and redistribute the product as a competing template or resource.

Unauthorized distribution is a violation of these Terms and of copyright law, and may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

Client work. Upon full payment, final deliverables created specifically for you under a service agreement become your property. We retain ownership of our underlying processes, systems, templates, and methodologies used to create those deliverables. We reserve the right to display non-confidential client work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Results Disclaimer

Our products and services are provided for educational, organizational, and operational support purposes. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, income, growth, or engagement results. Any examples, case studies, or testimonials shared reflect individual outcomes and are not a promise of your results. Your results depend on your own effort, market, consistency, and circumstances.

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Please consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

9. Accuracy of Information

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current. Material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

10. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to or links to third-party tools, platforms, and websites (such as Trello, Canva, Shopify, scheduling tools, or affiliate partners). These are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for third-party materials, websites, products, or services. Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms and policies.

Some links on this site may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you if you make a purchase through them. We only recommend tools we use or genuinely believe in.

11. User Comments and Submissions

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, reviews, or other materials, whether requested or not, you agree that we may use, edit, copy, publish, and distribute them without restriction or obligation to compensate you. You agree that your submissions will not violate any third-party right, will not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene material, and will not contain malicious code. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any comments you make.

12. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set out in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to violate any regulations, rules, or laws; to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others; to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, or scrape; or to interfere with the security features of the site.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the site or our services for violating any of these prohibited uses.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation, warranty, or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remote Blossom Co., its owner, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or loss of data, arising from your use of any product or service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Remote Blossom Co. and its owner, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

16. Termination

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate by ceasing to use our site and services. We may terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

19. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the site or our services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Remote Blossom Co. and supersede any prior agreements or communications. Where an individual signed service agreement exists, that agreement governs in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
