Hi, I'm Montiqua

Remote Blossom Co. is a virtual assistant and business systems studio. I'm a self-employed mom, a systems thinker, and an unapologetic Notion nerd — and I've watched too many good businesses stall because the back end never got built.
I help entrepreneurs simplify operations through admin support, content systems, and custom Notion workspaces. It's the same kind of system you'd build in-house — you just don't have to build it yourself.
My rule is simple: if a system is too fragile to survive a hard week, it isn't finished. Real life has sick kids, launch weeks, and days that fall apart. Your business should keep moving anyway.
